The Emperor is an insufferable, power hungry dolt whose consuming desire is to rule the entire world. But outside of ambition, he has no redeeming qualities whatsoever. In fact, the only thing that can be said for him is that he's largely incompetent, yet somehow succeeds in spite of himself.
